A WEEK IN PUGLIA
Seven days to learn, explore, connect—and enjoy the beauty of southern Italy.
Our mornings begin with movement in a gorgeous space, followed by leisurely brunch and thought-provoking workshops. Afternoons leave space to swim, read, explore or simply do nothing at all. We'll venture out to experience the sea and flavors of Puglia, then come together over beautiful food, long dinners, meaningful conversation and plenty of laughter.

Katherine Girling and Rachel Zitin are educators, facilitators and retreat leaders who share a deep curiosity about what it means to live well, and the courage it takes to keep evolving along the way.
Between them, they bring more than 25 years of experience and have led over 100 retreats, trainings and workshops around the world, drawing from yoga, meditation, embodiment, somatic work, psychology and personal development. They’ve also lived reinvention firsthand: changed careers, built businesses, moved countries and navigated the twists and turns that come with a life fully lived.
The Reinvention Retreat brings together their complementary perspectives, years of experience, and a collection of practical tools they’ve found genuinely useful for living with greater courage, curiosity, authenticity and intention.
The Reinvention Retreat is a seven-day transformational women’s retreat held at La Rosa dei Quattro Venti in Puglia, Italy, June 19–25, 2027. Created and led by Katherine Girling and Rachel Zitin, the retreat combines personal development workshops, embodied practices, movement and meaningful conversation with the pleasures of a summer week in southern Italy.
